Palms Apartment
Project: Living Room & Entryway Design
Style: Modern, minimal, eclectic coastal
The Objective
The dwellers of this Los Angeles apartment primarily wanted their home to feel like an elevated sanctuary with a nod to California modern and mid century vintage styles. Since the apartment was rented, it was essential to balance the investment in quality pieces with affordable solutions.
Design Notes
We first sourced an incredible vintage Italian Green Cipollino marble coffee table as the centerpiece for the living room. From there, we selected neutral furniture to balance out the color palette and utilized the couple’s travel photography as the artwork in the living room, which added a personal touch. The entryway became a haven for all things mid century with a USM Haller entryway cabinet and contrasting modern art and decor.
The Review
“Working with Cailey is so easy. She made my interior design dreams come to life! Even with a lack of natural lighting, she found ways to make my home brighter. I will definitely choose to work with Cailey again in the future.”
